Waitlist for new clients

Currently full, though I do have a waitlist going. I'm a strengths-based, psychodynamic therapist who tailors sessions to my client’s unique needs, values and goals. I am also a neurodivergent-affirming clinician with experience in working with the Autistic and ADHD populations. My background includes working with children, teens and their families in individual, parent, and family therapy settings; with youth, families, or adults with post, current, and/or complex trauma; in therapeutic partnership with teens and adults, including but not limited to inner-child healing.
As a therapist my personality may be felt or experienced in our sessions as validation, warmth, humor, education and empowerment. As a person-centered clinician I work from a sincere space of nonjudgement. I have had specialized trainings in EMDR, synergetic play therapy and sandtray therapy. Each of these for both children and adults, in-person or online.
I recognize that your commitment to therapy has required courage and a willingness to be seen- I honor that. For me, Together We Go, is about me holding space in your vulnerable experiences and supporting you through a difficult life stage or transition; or through a second chance at healing through healthy reprocessing.
