As a therapist, I am warm, open, supportive, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, mindfulness/meditation, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to your healing process.
I offer a strength-based therapy experience while also providing a direct approach to supporting you in discovering the best version of yourself. I have experience working within various settings such as post-secondary disability services, non-profit-community services, such as financial coaching, occupational coaching, & outpatient services.
I have experience working with a diverse population of individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, and substance use. I have experience with many different styles of therapy, from strength-based therapy, CBT, MIT, mindfulness, and meditation. I look forward to supporting you through your journey of healing.
