I believe my primary role as a therapist is to provide a safe, caring and nonjudgmental space where my client feels heard, seen and valued. In this way, I guide my clients toward self-reflection, and exploration of events and relationships that have contributed to current feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness, guilt and shame.
