Loneliness quickly oscillates to overstimulation and overwhelm leaving many trapped in the depths of isolation.  Perfectionism and procrastination thwart our best laid plans leading to learned helplessness. Alder received their master’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University Global and has extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients.
