More specifically, their needs would be, to be supported and listened to. Their issues should be able to be worked on in this setting, and their goals could be to work on developing themselves. The client wants to engage in therapy because they are ready to work on themselves and engage collaboratively.
I can help by using my skills and a variety of techniques, such as DBT and CBT. I offer a respectful and empathetic space to engage with clients in a meaningful way. I specialize in working with addictions, depression, and anxiety and can work on building coping skills and helping with routine.
