Good afternoon! After 40 years, I offer many tools as a professional with a brief, positive, solution focused approach. For individuals who have experienced trauma, and find themselves depressed, anxious, fatigued, and in joint pain, with hair loss, digestive ills and/or headaches, I specialize in treating people with compassion who are experiencing these issues.
I have worked in the psychology field since 1982, which has given me experience in Mood disorders, ADHD, Depressive Disorder as well as Family/Couple issues. I have a holistic approach that comprises referrals to nutritionists, to ferret out underlying causes of moods and behaviors.
I have two degrees, a Master's in Counseling and Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, That allows me to not only work with families and couples, but individuals as well. I feel privileged to have worked with so many wonderful people.
