Hi. I enjoy helping people recover from PTSD, losses depression and anxiety. I also enjoy helping couples restore balance in their relationships. Twenty-five years experience in counseling includes training in EMDR, EFT, Drug and Alcohol Counseling and couples therapy. Also trained in teaching of relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques as well as spiritual psychology.

My approach to the therapeutic process begins and ends with the client. My focus is to tackle the struggles that my clients want to work on and to improve overall functioning.
