I offer psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I specialize in psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, abuse/neglect, pre- and post-partum issues, body image, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approach includes humanistic psychology and elements from cognitive behavioral therapy.
