I am a depression and anxiety therapist in New Jersey. I am dedicated to providing personalized care that addresses the needs of my patients and aims to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive and comfortable. Furthermore, I am committed to providing the best care possible for each of my patients and strive to create a healing and supportive environment. I work with both adults and children who have different forms of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or stressful life transitions. I also work with children who present with developmental or behavioral issues.

I am a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in helping children, adolescents, adults, as well as couples and families. I have been described as warm, supportive and straightforward. In my work, I use a collaborative, strengths-based and relational approach. I was trained at Columbia University, New York University and the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I have served as a faculty member at Teachers College, Columbia University, Adelphi University and New York University. I am dedicated to training the next generation of psychologists and counselors as well as continually learning and improving my skills.
