Donna J Ford is a Master's level clinician and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati Mental Health Counseling Program. She has provided treatment for adults, youth and transition aged young people in the community mental health field and community/residential substance use field. Trained in several evidence-based models, Donna is bringing over 20 years of training and experience in Functional Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Trauma Therapy as well as other therapuetic interventions for Mental Health and Substance Use issues.

Donna's specialty is working with individuals to improve life quality by using a strength based, relational approach to help tap into their own interpersonal strengths and relationships to improve their functioning. This approach recognizes and develops individual strengths, reduces risk factors, increases protective factors and increases support cohesion.
