I have worked for more than 5 years providing counseling and daily living skills guidance to individuals with severe mental illness, which gave me the day-to-day knowledge of mental illness and its symptoms. I enjoy working with young children and adults who may be suffering from anxiety, depression and/or emotional/behavioral difficulties.
Whether you have wounds to be healed, skills to be learned, or simply want to develop more insight and awareness about how you work, I would love to be a part of that process. I am an immigrant from Brazil which helps me with being sensitive to other cultures and ethnicities beside my own. I am bilingual in English and Portuguese.
