I am accepting new clients for telehealth on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. I have no evening availability. The basis of all my individual work is grounded in building a solid and positive relationship with my clients. I work collaboratively with client and families to develop and work towards goals while nurturing growth within a supportive, accepting and strength-based environment.
I am trained in evidenced based practices that include; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and more. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults that are struggling to maintain emotional control while managing mental health symptoms and difficult peer/family relationships.
