In private practice for 12 years, I bring my 34 years of experience in a range of settings (outpatient, intensive home-based, school-based, and residential treatment.) I provide treatment to address issues such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Grief and Adjustment Disorders. My approach to treatment includes CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and teaching Coping Skills, Relaxation Skills, and Problem Solving.
