I am fluent in American Sign Language and have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings.
I work collaboratively with my clients in identifying goals for treatment with attainable outcome measures. I am able to provide several treatment modalities that best fit the individual's needs including; Individual, Family, & Couples Counseling. I understand that this can be a difficult decision and that there may have been many challenges along the way before making this initial contact. For these reasons I strive to provide everyone with a highly professional, confidential, and supportive experience as we explore possible treatment options together.

Why do I need therapy? Therapy is for people who are crazy or out of control! I should be able to do this by myself! Asking or getting help means I'm not capable or strong. People are in therapy "cause they have to be." Couple's therapy is a last resort. Family therapy doesn't work/is not for me. Are any of these questions going through your mind? Is it helpful to know you are not alone? Sometimes, people are apprehensive about engaging in therapy or leery about continuing with therapy. All of the above reactions are understandable considering people's experiences. Licensure supervision/professional consultations offered.
