I practice standard Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), although other treatment approaches are used depending on the person or condition. I also rely heavily on Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT) and using a Strengths-Based approach to help my clients reach their fullest potential and learn the skills needed to tackle life's obstacles on their own!
