I work with individuals who are mildly to moderately impacted by symptoms related depression, anxiety or trauma history. My typical client often continues to attend work, school, engage in social activities with family and friends, while silently shouldering the weight of their mental and emotional inner unrest. They seek to achieve a greater sense of connectedness, confidence and a improved ability to cope with current, as well as potential future, stressors. My clients really just want to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
I can help clients identify triggers of their symptoms, learn skills to address unwanted behaviors/ patterns, and explore future goals that inspire a sense of hope. I carefully and thoughtfully seek to understand my client's issues and concerns, as well as what may or may not have helped in the past, before apply the most appropriate therapeutic techniques.
