I specialize in helping those struggle with issues related to OCD, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, life adjustments, specific LGBTQIA+ issues, and relationship challenges. I am a birth and death doula with years of experience in the medical field supporting people through grief, infant loss, medical trauma, new diagnoses or end of life care. I feel privileged to witness the vulnerability of the postpartum period and love supporting parents through normal ups and downs or postpartum depression and mood disorders. Other experience includes adoption and foster care, working with people living with HIV, people who use drugs and survivors of sexual violence.
