Hi! I am a master’s level social worker and I have been providing therapy/counseling services for the last 11 years, with both adults and adolescents. I have worked for the past three years providing adults therapy in an office practice setting and went out on my own with private practice in April 2023. I have helped clients through trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief, relationships and more. I am passionate about social work and received both an undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. I am grateful for and enjoy a career in which I am able to be of service helping others.

I primarily help people who are suffering with either (or both!) Insomnia Disorder and PTSD. However I have many years of experience as a therapist and am able to treat depression, anxiety, chronic pain, along with co-occuring substance use disorder and other mental health disorders. I believe in delivering evidence based therapy when clinically indicated. In my experience, clients feel better sooner when they receive the most effective treatment for their diagnosis. I also use a lot of measurement based care to routinely assess progress we are making. My ideal client is someone who is ready to enact change in their life.

As a licensed therapist with training in EMDR therapy, I devote my time to working with clients to overcome past trauma. I hold a Master's and PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling as well as a 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. I have also pursued further training in Perinatal Maternal Mental Health as well as Gottman Method for couples. My work with clients is informed by these various trainings as well as my own meditation and movement practices.

Working with adolescents (12-18) and young to middle-aged adults (19-45) is where my skills really shine. I also have strong experience with children (4+).
