I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, grief, loss, abuse, trauma, self worth/self esteem issues, and relationship conflicts. I have also spent significant time working specifically with adolescents and their families to help them overcome traumatic experiences, emotional distress, behavioral concerns, and relational difficulties.
