Hi, I'm Morgan! As a licensed therapist trained in EMDR, I devote my time to working with clients to overcome past trauma and ongoing life changes using multiple trauma-informed modalities. While my clients’ experiences vary widely, many have a history of traumatic experiences or are currently processing difficult transitions such as divorce or phase of life changes (new parenthood, empty nesters, starting businesses, career changes). I also enjoy working with adults navigating neurodiversity, most often ADHD and/or Autism. I am an avid reader and often recommend relevant books, articles, or podcasts to clients.
I hold a Master's and PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling as well as a 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. I have pursued further training in Perinatal Maternal Mental Health as well as Gottman Method for couples. My work with clients is informed by these trainings as well as my own meditation and movement practices.
I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ populations and my practice is friendly and affirming.
