Parent group for teens and young adults with OCD

The group is currently forming and start date is mid-March. Group will be eight weeks long and will follow readings about helping family members with OCD. It will cover the basics of obsessions and compulsions but more importantly will help parents develop skills in dealing with their kids behaviors whether they live at home or not. We will discuss the feelings that come up for parents as we share some of our concerns and experiences. In short, it will have an educative and supportive component. Sliding scale fee for those in need. Out of network insurance benefits can apply.
