We will talk about the end of services at the beginning of our work together. I specialize in working with clients that struggle with addictions and other compulsive or unwanted behaviors. I also treat the underlining issues of addiction, such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe and trust that each individual is unique and strong, with the innate ability to overcome their struggles. Life is so much better when you don't have to carry an extra burden or repeat behaviors that keep you stuck.

I draw on evidence-based practices and tailor them to your unique circumstances, offering hope and optimism. I let the client lead, the client is the expert, but people do need help getting untangled. I see the most benefit from clients that are willing to do some work and practice new skills between our sessions.
