Pain is an emotion that connects us all, as none are spared from it. We learn how to adapt and engage in behaviors that protect us from feeling hurt - as it's only natural for us to avoid pain. I'm here to help you look at the wounds, even if you have to wince. Sometimes the only way out, is through.
Far too often, it's easy to get wrapped up in life and forget that we're human beings before anything else. Meeting you where you are, and holding a trusted space for you to be witnessed in your humanity is a skilled gift that I'm honored to offer.
