While my work with you won't focus on a mental health diagnosis, we may explore anxiety and depression. We will intentionally examine the wisdom your past life experiences hold, mindfully connect them with your present life, and visualize a way forward toward an optimistic future life. This is your work and it is my honor to support you in this process.
I also offer Psychedelic Integration. I have a lot of experience in this novel pathway and I am gratified to help explore your journey & see how it may be useful in your life.
