I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working in the counseling field for over 24 years. I work with many different populations including children, adults, couples and families. Throughout the years, I have developed a client-centered approach which is pragmatic and eclectic. Meaning, my approach is tailored to client needs and not necessarily to a particular theoretical paradigm.

I strongly believe that our experiences shape our perspectives and influence how we move through our lives. Every individual is unique.
