I love helping others to see and become the best version of themselves. I'm passionate about understanding others and being an open ear to listen no matter what life issues you have. l believe it's important to love yourself and evaluate your thoughts. I have done a lot of work with men, women, and adolescents addressing their substance use (sometimes helping them to fulfill an obligation of court or family). But I enjoy talking with people about all life issues--goals, anxiety, depression, self confidence, self-harm, relationship issues, family issues, and healing. I have overcome a lot myself and I'd like to see you do the same!

I love the counseling profession and the role that I get to have in facilitating my clients toward the positive changes that they want to see in their lives. As a counselor, I bring warmth, directness, authenticity, and even humor when appropriate in my sessions. I see each client as they are in their own individuality and respect them as the only expert about what they want or need in their lives.
