Medela means "healing" in Latin. I feel that’s what I do, help others on their journey to healing. I feel that healing is a process; sometimes nice and easy, but sometimes it’s not. Each of our journeys look different and that is what makes us unique. We can work on a variety of issues that you or your loved one may be struggling with.
I have worked to assist people with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral issues, and setting goals for the future. I work with individuals and families, I work with children 5 and older, adolescents and adults.
