Through my own struggle in the human experience and the process of gaining a deeper understanding of myself, I came to the world of mental health and therapy. I love helping others through their own path to a richer, happier, healthier, life. One of my greatest joys is to offer hope and a safe space to heal.
I LOVE the creativity and energy of working with adolescents and young adults, as well as the emotional depth that can develop with adults and couples in the therapy room. I use cognitive behavioral and emotion focused modalities with my clients to to link heads and hearts together on the journey too healing.
When I am not filling my passion in the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I enjoy the feeling of movement and love to be out in nature. Boxing and yoga also fill this need for me, as well as adventures with my dog. I look forward to helping you through this journey of life.
