I use an integrated approach to provide individual counseling and play therapy services to adults and children. I am interested in aiding clients who deal with difficulties surrounding divorce, daily stressors, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I intend to focus on working with children and families attempting to readjust to the rules and roles of the new family structure that can surface. I am a licensed Professional Counselor and a Qualified Family and Divorce Mediator, and Parenting Coordinator. I received my Master's degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross College and my mediation training through The Mediation Institute. My experience is working with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. I also work with families and couples.

Hi there! Welcome to my page. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents and families. I am also an enthusiastic practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (a.k.a "tapping”) - a technique use with both adults and children alike to neutralize or eliminate overwhelming negative emotions or physical symptoms. In addition, I practice techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation. I primarily provide short-term, solution-focused therapy, educational evaluations, and parent consultation.

Most of my clients are ordinary people who have been sexually abused as children or adults, or are from alcoholic families, or are struggling with alcoholism in their current life. They may be having difficulty adjusting to changing circumstaaances in their lives due to divorce or loss of a family member or friend. Many of my clients are experiencing depression or anxiety or chronic worry.
