I find that when individuals are given the space to be open and honest about their experience with no judgement, they are better able to draw on their own strengths and skills to begin healing. I also offer psychoeducation and cognitive skills to empower clients with a better understanding of how to influence their mental/emotional health to achieve increased functioning and well-being.
