If you are having difficulty seeking support because of work, transportation, childcare, or other barriers, I provide therapy sessions via a secure video chat program, which can be accessed in the privacy of your own home. If you are motivated for change, I look forward to working with you.
I specialize in perinatal issues, trauma, and nutritional/integrative approaches to mental health. I use techniques including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, Behavioral, and Trauma Therapies. I work in partnership with you to tailor an approach that addresses your unique challenges & encourages the pursuit of your individual goals.
I truly enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds who are ready to do something different to make a difference in how they feel and how the engage with the challenges they face.
