It takes courage to reach out and involve a counselor in your most intimate of life's struggles. I honor that courage. My goal is to provide a safe and judgment-free environment for you to process what's going on in your life. Making a connection with a counselor you trust is so important. The most important factor in counseling is the therapeutic relationship. I consider myself to be flexible and easy going. I typically think outside of the box and don't get hung up on any one modality.
I tend to be very direct and to the point. I am not good at sugar coating. I want to help you achieve your goals and I would not be doing you any favors by allowing you to ignore or hide from the issues that brought you to me in the first place. I do multiple groups and currently have five going. Contact for details.
I accept many different types of insurance, several EAP programs, as well as private pay.
