My approach is eclectic, I offer EMDR and trauma focused therapy, depth psychology and expressive therapies. Our work together will help you heal from pain, trauma and abuse, relieve anxiety and depression, and work through relationship issues, life transitions and creative blocks.

My work with clients is based on the holistic, transformational model of therapy. In my practice, I integrate the power of the heart through mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I believe in meeting my clients where they are to support and empower them to find solutions to life’s current challenges. By assisting my client’s in raising their awareness; they can make meaningful changes in order to have a more healthy, peaceful, joyful, and authentic life. When you are ready for changes in your life, I am ready to assist you in making those changes.

I believe in empowering clients to make healthy choices, learn skills to overcome anxiety, and fears and create positive relationships. I use EMDR and Brainspotting to assist in the healing process, work through depression, and make fundamental changes for a greater sense of calm and well being.

I use an eclectic approach and work with all ages with all kinds of problems. I have been a psychotherapist for over 35 years, and my approach has developed over time. I believe that everyone is different and responds to different forms of treatment. I enjoy working with anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and how to deal with their problems, whether in their families, their work, or their relationships.

I am happy to offer in-person and HIPAA compliant Telehealth for clients. I am a family, couple, individual, and youth therapist who provides a safe environment for helping people. I help those who are seeking a more resilient life and stronger connection in relationships.
