I am here to support and guide you in a process of discovery and wellness, helping you to build strength and clarity, overcome obstacles and develop skillful and creative ways to be in relationship and live well and authentically. My approach is eclectic, I offer EMDR and trauma focused therapy, depth psychology and expressive therapies. Our work together will help you heal from pain, trauma and abuse, relieve anxiety and depression, and work through relationship issues, life transitions and creative blocks.
The knowledge that therapy works through love and empathic connection and that change and transformation are greatly assisted through the creative process is a guiding principal in my work. I bring decades of experience as a visual artist to my work with clients, offering art materials to deepen and concretize the process.

We will be using art to express ourselves and work through issues that hold us back. The group is limited to 6 participants. Directive art projects including collage, painting, and clay sculpture.
