The understanding of our the most authentic aspects of ourselves is at the core of successful psychotherapy. I believe that much of what disrupts us takes place at a level that we cannot access. Being in private practice, my schedule is flexible and allows me to schedule patients in the morning, evening, and possibly the weekends.
