I am a therapist working in the Denver area, near Englewood and Littleton. I have many years experience working in the counseling field, including significant time in school counseling, in an inpatient hospital setting, and in private practice.

Addy is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. Addy also holds her Substance Abuse Counseling in training license. Addy specializes in supporting individuals through the complexities of mental health, particularly those navigating the impacts of substance misuse, trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, and difficult life transitions.

Life can be difficult to navigate even under the best of circumstances.
