I view therapy as a collaborative and supportive process. I'm here to help you set goals that will lead you to live a more fulfilling life. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, relationships, and burnout. I hope to provide you a safe space to heal and grow as an individual.
My approach is warm, compassion-focused, and tailored to each individual, integrating acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal interventions. I have past therapeutic experience in intensive treatment units, inpatient care, foster care, and outpatient settings.
Bringing a delicate balance of effort, care, and experience it would be my privilege to accompany you on this beautiful, and often deeply satisfying journey. I currently have immediate in-network availability.
