Mind Forward Health Center provides outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapy services to the El Paso Border region. We provide individual, family and couples therapy as well as medication management. By creating a safe, comfortable and confidential supportive environment we will find solutions together.

As a Clinician, I work with a mixed population of children and adults, across a wide range of treatment modalities. My youngest client is 3 years old and my oldest is 53 years old. I feel called to work with individuals who have been exposed to traumatic events in their lives. Trauma therapy allows children to communicate, express feelings, modify behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others. In working with adults, I want to help you break through the barriers of your trauma experience that have hindered you in life. Do you desire to push past the pain, and find your healing?

Born and raised in Germany, coming from a humble background in addition being a prior military spouse gave me a great diverse cultural experience. Completed my Master in Education and Counseling Degree at Sul Ross State University in Alpine TX. I have 15 plus years experience working in the mental health field. I have a compassionate personality , provide a safe space to talk , trained in tools that help to build the best life for ourselves . Being part of my clients journey to achieve those goals for themselves keeps me hopeful about the world - we are all better because you are in it.

I would like to help you to find effective ways to face your struggles. I believe counseling can help anyone to develop a new approach to daily stressors and frustrations that affect relationships and daily activities. I offer anger management sessions for court purposes.
