I treat many conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, youth dealing with school or peer challenges, families dealing with divorce, substance use issues and many other concerns.

Resulting from many years of experience in workplace, academic, healthcare and private practice settings I am focusing on contemporary issues such as: Marital/Relationship Problems; Computer/Internet Problem Behaviors; Stepfamilies; & Parents of Adult Children Who Won't Grow Up. I prefer to do a thorough assessment and make recommendations for the best help and resources available. I believe that my clients are quite resiliant and I enjoy helping them graduate from therapy.
