My training consists of working with veterans, their families, and civilians who have experienced MST, PTSD, anticipatory grief, bereavement, and end of life. Anxiety; panic attacks; depression; grief; sadness; anger; guilt; shame; confusion; physical, emotional, and sexual abuse; feelings of hopelessness or helplessness are all problems that can be dramatically changed for the better. I also have helped many people with chronic physical pain. I enjoy my work and welcome the opportunity to work with new clients.

As a first-generation Mexican-American, I am sensitive to the multi-cultural needs of my clients. I am fluent in Spanish and English and able to effectively provide therapy in the language in which the individual is most comfortable, in doing so, their goals have a higher probability of being achieved. My clinical experience has provided me with the abilities to work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues related to trauma, depression, stress management, grief, parental support, and substance use.
