Life is a challenge. There are so many responsibilities and expectations during this journey. You may feel like you fall short sometimes which causes a disconnection in your relationships. Other times, life will place you in a situation that you were not prepared to endure. When these moments happen you feel numb, angry, overwhelmed and sad. Pinnacle of Purpose was created because I want to walk with you through the uncomfortable spaces. Throughout my career I have sat with clients during their most traumatic life-changing moments.

My Therapeutic goal is to help people help themselves. I am licensed in Texas my area with the most expertise would involve children, adolescents, and Teens. I was an Elementary School teacher for 15 years at multiple K - 12 Campuses, a K 12 School Counselor, and now a Nationally Certified LPC, and a school Psychologist intern.

I have worked with a diverse set of populations providing trauma therapy and neurofeedback therapy. Throughout my career, I have built trauma-focused programs at different mental health organizations. With a passion for working with combat veterans, I have also been a contracted Neurofeedback clinician with the Lone Survivor Foundation to serve those that served our nation. I led a trauma team in the Santa Fe District to implement systems and provide trauma-wellness counseling services to students and staff in the district in response to the May 18th mass violence tragedy at Santa Fe High School.

I am a Clinical Social Worker who has provided counseling to individuals since 2011. My practice approach is to start where you are in your life. I will compassionately listen, help you gain insight and develop tools to cope with life's challenges. I love working with clients who are going through life transitions such as leaving home, going to college, accepting a new job, getting married or having a new baby. Life transitions are normal, but sometimes living life can become so overwhelming you need someone to talk to about it. My goal is to help you cope with these changes and to move forward.

I Provide individual and family therapy to ages 7-100, encompassing all presenting problems with a special interest in treating those with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, Bi-Polar disorder, and high-risk adolescents and families in crisis.
