I assist individuals in coping with life issues including dual diagnoses, behavioral, mental health, substance abuse, relationships, personal conflicts, sexual issues, problem solving, decision making and developmental concerns using an eclectic approach supported by evidence-based research. I provide counseling services to children via art and play therapy. I also counsel adolescents and adults to address a variety of topics (trauma, substance abuse, peer pressure, mental health issues, anxiety, depression, adjustments, trauma, etc).

I believe children are better able to express their feelings, needs, experiences, and thoughts via play, rather than just words.
