My name is Jessie Beaugard, my ideal client would be one struggling with depression and anxiety due to life stressor's, like death, history of abuse and couples struggling to understand each other and work together as a team.

What I can offer as a mental health provider is a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and actions within your past and current life. I provide trauma informed care, thus assuring proper techniques are used to create lasting change. I use a mixture of interventions and strategies to best fit your needs.

ABowens Drug & Alcohol Counseling is a practice dedicated to providing drug and alcohol use services to individuals and families confronted with misuse, abuse, and addiction disorders in the state of Nebraska and Georgia. My practice is unique in that I, too, recover from the disease of addiction, and recently celebrated 24 years of sobriety after once losing everything except my life. I use my first-hand experience, training, education, and expertise in recovery, to help my clients on their distinctive journeys, by providing quality, person centered, trauma informed, culturally competent care, along with evidence-based approaches.
