I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. I started my career working in Outpatient Addictions working with adults, adolescents and families exposed to substance use and codependency. After a decade of working in the field of addictions, I took the opportunity to start working with individuals struggling to establish interpersonal boundaries in romantic and familial relationships as well as those struggling with conflict in the workplace.

Life can be scary. When you feel that there is an emptiness in your soul that can't be filled or that life is spiraling out of control and suffer from sadness, anxiety, worry, addiction, or trauma, understand there is hope and a solution. You will find a sense of safety, support, and personal power to live a rich fulfilled life as we work together. My clients are every day people trying to take care of their families, careers, health, homes, and themselves during one of the most challenging times we have been facing. She believes in a holistic, mind, body, and spirit approach to mental health and uses innovative and body-based methods to accelerate change and reduce distress. She is passionate about helping people relieve unnecessary suffering and find their joy, purpose, and meaning in life. Throughout her career she has provided individual, group, and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults and has provided psychotherapy and case management to children.

Prior to obtaining licensure and certification, he was educated at Governors State University (GSU) where he received both his Masters of Health Sciences (MHS) in Addiction Studies, and his Masters of Arts (MA) degree in clinical psychology. Following this, completed post graduate work at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (ISPP).
