Having worked with a variety of individuals from children, to adolescents and adults, I have been able to assist others in their growth through deep psychological distress and pain. Working with a person centered mindfulness based approach I am skilled at helping individuals and families address anxiety, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, loss of loved ones, addiction, divorce, and phase of life transitions. General public with non-psychotic/non-psychosis based diagnosis are generally the population that I address.
I am a trained clinician in the Rogerian Person Centered therapeutic approach with a significant background in mindfulness based traditions. With over 15 years of experience in mindfulness studies in traditions I work with individuals to help address deep emotional pain and maintain a healthy practice to work through present anxieties.
I have lived a life that has taught me the value of daily mindfulness practices and have honed my skills at working with other individuals toward deeper self acceptance. Life has trauma within it and all are in need of love and compassion. Please, if you are in need of help contact me.
