I am a Licensed Psychologist who provides therapy and psychological assessment/testing. In therapy, I use a variety of techniques that I tailor to the client and the issue being treated. However, research shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship, not the technique used, has more to do with successful outcomes. This is why I prioritize establishing and maintaining a healthy connection and trust. I am passionate about treating veterans and first responders (and their families), those with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Regardless of the issue, I try to help clients find more meaning and connection in their life.

I have been a child therapist for over 30 years. I use various techniques which are considered helpful to children with emotional/behavioral issues I also work with adults who are struggling with Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse problems. I believe that all individuals have the tools within to heal themselves and that healing is an ongoing journey in our lives. Those who have had the opportunity to go to counseling often live a full and enriched life because they have learned how to activate those inner resources.
