I love helping adolescents and their families! Sounds strange I know, but it's true. I provide a listening ear and create a non-judgmental space for youth ages 11-24 to talk about life, love, friendship, and the challenges associated with transitioning into adulthood. I also work with struggling adults, couples and stressed families, and help individuals deal with things like depression and anxiety. Life puts lots of pressure on individuals, marriages, parents, and families, and I'd love to help you find ways to cope with the pressure and go from surviving to thriving!

I am a strength based therapist. You are the author of your story. I consider it an honor to help people on their journeys and reframe what keeps people from being their best selves. It isn't about surviving, it is about thriving. I work with many different people from age 16 to 90. At each age and stage, there are changes and transitions. Being able to move through and adjust to these changes is vital to being resilient and emotionally healthy. I will help you understand your strengths when you feel weakest, find hope and feel more in control
