I also specialize in couples’ therapy. Couples crisis occurs with life-stage transition stress and unresolved conflict resulting in anxiety, anger, resentment, frustration and hopelessness. My couples’ therapy is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy and Dr. Gottman’s approach to repairing and maintaining strong relationships.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space, developing a relationship built upon empathy, increased insight and collaboration.
