I graduated with my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and have experience with and utilize various modalities to assist clients.

I help adults who are deconstructing their evangelical fundamentalist faith. This path may have resulted in a loss of community, identity and/or employment. You may be feeling lost, hopeless and unsure if a path forward exists. You may be feeling on edge, having panic attacks, feeling lonely and/or experiencing suicidal thoughts. Your faith was your compass and now find yourself lost on which way to turn. You may want to rebuild your faith or you may want nothing to do with spirituality. I worked in community health for several years. During that time, I saw a multitude up clients with a variety of issues to include but not limited to addiction, depression, bi - polar disorder, and many others. I provided care inpatient and outpatient and ran many different types of groups for adults and children. I worked with children and families on our juvenile unit as well.

Most of us have been there: spinning our wheels trying to outrun our past, struggling to get out of bed and make it through the day, internally crippling under the weight of just so many thoughts and expectations, struggling to just feel like yourself from one day to the next.
