Hello, I am a trauma therapist as well as a life coach. My favorite approach to helping others to overcome trauma is with EMDR. For life coaching I like to help others stay on track to help meet their goals and become their ideal self. I have experience working with clients who wish to overcome symptoms from: addiction, dual diagnosis, domestic violence, teen dating violence, depression, anxiety, bipolar, sexual abuse/assault, trauma / PTSD, codependency, stressors, career guidance, grief, sleep disturbance, and life transitions.
